Now that I have a better understanding of Khmer food, thanks to the Royal Khmer Cuisine course I took at the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, I feel more confident about eating Khmer food in small restaurants around Siem Reap. My favorite so far, is a small but very clean food stall, in the food court section of the Central Market (on Sivatha Boulevard).

If you know where I am referring to but haven’t been there in awhile, you must be thinking that I have lost my mind.
