Angkor Heritage: Unique Concept, Exceptional Craftsmanship

26 Oct 2010 - Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor has recently welcomed Angkor Heritage boutique and its exclusive sculpture collection to the hotel's newly-created Shopping Arcade of select outlets.

Angkor Heritage's philosophy consists of offering art objects that reflect tradition to perfection and at the same time meet contemporary taste for pure lines. The boutique is designed around a permanent exhibition featuring the works of Cambodia's most talented sculptors and artisans who craft their masterpieces in silver, bronze, stone and wood.

Angkor Heritage has been closely associated with Raffles for a number of years, holding annual exhibitions of statues of the Buddha at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor since 2004 and operating a boutique at Raffles Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh since April 2006.

At the official opening of the boutique on Oct. 22, Robert Hauck, General Manager of Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor, wished Angkor Heritage success and pointed out that this exclusive outlet will add to Residents of the Hotel’s unparalleled choice of objects and products in the Shopping Arcade.
